Called twice, once on a Tuesday a month ago and following up on the next Tuesday. Requested a quote to replace the wiper water reservoir in my Corolla. Didn’t hear back either time, even after being assured during the second conversation they would call me the next day. That was two weeks ago. I’m going somewhere that not only came back to me with a quote on the same day, but booked me in to have the replacement done before the end of the week.
I took my wife’s car to the guys at Midas Kew East for a scheduled service.
Jimmy and his team did a great job, no surprises and washed the car last thing before the quoted pick-up, which was on time.
Well done guys, I’ll be bringing my D-Max to you for it’s next service.
